PERSONAL OFFERINGS

With our personal wellness offerings, we work one-on-one with you to identify your health and wellness goals. From there, we build out a program to
empower you to reach your goals. Our programs are delivered via a private website and can include videos, podcasts and photos.
Everything is accessible via your smart phone. Personal programs require a month commitment and are built out accordingly.

COMMUNITY OFFERINGS

With our community offerings, our goal is to uplift an entire community through movement and wellness programs. These offerings are usually held in public spaces, like parks and plazas. We also host private community building events which address the specific goals of your community. 

CORPORATE OFFERINGS

With our corporate offerings, our goal is to provide wellness initiatives to employees in an accessible and direct manner. To do this, we come to you - we come
to your workplace, we come to your building gym, we come to your conference site. We can transform any space into a place for a movement class or wellness workshop. All you have to do is show up - we have mats available for use and suggest you wear light-weight, comfortable clothing.

Our corporate offerings are vital to workplace productivity and employee wellness. On-site movement classes and wellness workshops are an integral
component of any contemporary corporate wellness program. We recommend offering 1 to 2 movement classes a week, augmented monthly with one or
more of our workshops/health challenges. The benefits of your health and wellness initiatives come from consistency, time and again we witness the impact
of these programs on employee health, engagement and office culture.


MOVEMENT CLAsses & wellness programs

PILATES

Pilates begins in the center and works to establish balance within the muscles of the body. Through breath, balance, strength and endurance, students will refine the musculature of the body, restore tight and overworked muscles and improve overall wellness. As Joseph Pilates said, “you’re only as old as your spine is healthy.”

YOGA

Yoga connects you to your body and breath. All ages, all body types and all levels of experience will benefit in this class, as you flow through a series of poses to increase energy, improve focus, cultivate mental clarity and bring the body into balance. Stretching and strengthening counters the effects of sitting for hours during a typical work day.

FUEL FLOW

Our signature class brings the best of Pilates and yoga together in a comprehensive movement class. You will experience elements of each practice that seamlessly flow from one to the other and develop strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

HEALTHY HOUR

Transform your company’s typical happy hour into a community building wellness event that leaves your employees feeling energized and restored. Our “Healthy Hour” is an hour long movement class (Fuel Flow, Yoga or Pilates) followed by healthy, cold-pressed juices from one of our partners. This is a great offering for both employees and clients.

ONLINE WELLNESS PROGRAMS

 To help support your employees on a day-to-day basis, this feature provides them with the tools to empower them in their wellness. Through a secure site, your employees will have access to a weekly program which can include: desk stretches and exercises, stress management, breath-work, meditation tips, nutrition information, meal ideas and recipes.

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

Enhance your company’s wellness approach with these hour-long workshops. Tailored to your company’s interests and needs, these wellness workshops educate, inform and support your employees in their pursuit of healthy living.

CONFERENCE BREAKS

Make your conference and meetings memorable - less coffee and more movement! Bring MindFuel Wellness onsite to lead 15-30 minute mini-movement sessions during conferences or long meetings. Sessions include stretching, postural and breath work. These movement sessions increase energy and blood flow to the brain and muscles, improving memory retention, productivity and overall engagement in the meeting.
